DUCHY OF LANCASTER COMMANDERY – CONTINUING ITS SUPPORT FOR FAIRBRIDGE.

 

 

 

At a fund raising concert, held on the 4th February, £537.01 was raised in a continuing effort to support the magnificent work of Fairbridge in helping marginalised young people to change their lives.

The concert featured ‘The Musical Friends’, an extremely talented group of singers and musicians who donate their time and talent in support of charitable organisations. They presented music and song from the most popular West End musicals to thunderous applause by a mixed audience of young and old, including Michelle Vaughan – Fairbridge Manager (Greater Manchester), Alison Hill – Fairbridge Manager (Bury) and local Councillor Phil Holley and his lady wife.  We extend our sincere thanks to ‘The Musical Friends’ for making this fundraising event possible.  

This concert commences an intense programme of events over the next six months, details of which will be posted on this website and advertised locally.
