Chev. Simon Evans KStG is Grand Banner Bearer of the Grand Priory of the United Kingdom.

Chev. Simon works in the City (London) for a leading investment bank and has specialist industry knowledge in Fixed Income and Equity related products, trade flows, trade executions and matters of settlement.

He is married to Diana Evans and has one daughter.

Simon is Sacrosanct at Christ Church, Hampstead as well as being;
  • Protector and Founder of the Order of St David & St Non (The Patron of which is the Lord Bishop of St David’s).
  • Vice President of the City of London Bowling Club (The President of which is the Rt Hon Lord Mayor of London)
  • Hon Secretary of the City of London Bowling Club (2006-present)
  • Middlesex County Lawn Bowls Association – Middleton Cup player since 2001
  • Middlesex County Lawn Bowls Association Top 8 Team (2009 &10)
  • Freeman of the City of London
  • Dyfed-Powys Police Special Constable (1995-97)
  • Secretary Rotaract Club of Aberystwyth (1996)
Simon recently secured £250,000 in compensation for the City of London Bowling Club from TFL / Crossrail, his hard work, grit and determination in fighting for and securing this compensation payment prevented the club (founded in 1924) from closure.
 
Simon is involved in many charitable organisations and has close links with the Friends of Friendless Churches.
